How do we do it?

Anchoring

The funding comes from several Mexican family offices and offers excellent returns on investment at very competitive terms.

We sign energy sales contracts.

We select solar roof and battery technicians. We then oversee the installation of the projects as well as their operation and maintenance.

Livelihood

Investments are backed by Power Purchase Agreements with AAA and AA industrial customers, under which SAUCILLO SOLAR owns the generation assets.

Funding and Investment Roadmap

We raised our first round of funding in 2025, and we are currently structuring thesecond round for the second half of 2026, with plans to conduct a third round in the first half of 2027.

Our goal is to scale up the investment vehicle in response to the opportunities offered by the Mexican industrial market, in order to sell energy at highly competitive prices and achieve very attractive rates of return on investment for our investors.
